Work on Repeat has a plan for one weekly responsibility, one daily responsibility, several responsibilities, an operating workload, and custom work beyond that. Free needs no card. There is no time-limited trial, annual plan, seat charge, or automatic overage charge.

Pro is the recommended plan for several responsibilities. Business is a conversation when Scale is not enough or operating and support requirements need to be agreed explicitly.
Limits, usage, and resets
A manual, API, or scheduled run consumes a start when the service accepts it for execution. It still counts if execution later fails; a request rejected at a plan boundary does not. AI usage is the upstream model cost reported in dollars, not an invoice credit or a second charge.
Free run-start and AI allowances reset at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each month. Starter, Pro, and Scale run-start and AI allowances reset with the exact Stripe billing period. Active-routine and connection limits are current totals rather than monthly counters.
When a limit is reached, only the affected new action pauses. Routines, settings, and stored results remain intact. There are no automatic overage charges.
Checkout, Customer Portal, and plan changes
Free and canceled workspaces select Starter, Pro, or Scale through Stripe Checkout. A paid workspace changes paid plans through the Stripe Customer Portal. The portal also updates payment details, shows invoices and tax IDs, and schedules cancellation. Work on Repeat does not receive or store card numbers.
A Checkout return is not proof of payment. Access changes only after a verified Stripe webhook or authenticated reconciliation against Stripe's canonical subscription state.
Cancellation and downgrade
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The workspace then returns to Free limits. If more routines are active than Free permits, the newest excess schedules pause until the owner chooses what to resume. Records remain stored, but Free exposes only its 7-day accessible-history window.
A paid-to-paid downgrade applies the target tier's limits after Stripe projects the change. This includes Scale to Pro and Pro to Starter: when active routines exceed the target allowance, the newest excess schedules pause deterministically first. Routine definitions, settings, and data remain intact; the owner chooses which paused schedules to resume when capacity permits.
During a failed-payment grace period, the owner can update payment details in the Customer Portal. If payment is not recovered after grace, new work follows Free limits while saved configuration and prior results remain intact.
