Connect Cal.com read-only and prepare a weekly review of bookings, cancellations, and unused availability.
The Cal.com booking funnel review template compares booking volume with
prior weeks, flags event types with cancellation or no-show patterns, and
notes availability that never converts. It follows the revops marketing

Enable and connect Cal.com
An operator must enable MANAGED_MCP_CALCOM_ENABLED. Then connect the
Cal.com card and authorize on Cal.com's consent screen. The token is bounded
by your own account role.
Current beta boundary
Cal.com is connection-only until exact authenticated tool schemas are captured and reviewed, so the packaged routine ships as a preview. The routine needs only event-type, booking, and availability reads; booking creation, cancellation, and rescheduling are mutations and must remain blocked or approval-gated after review.
Recovery
If authorization expires or is revoked, the connection moves to
reauthorization_required; reconnect the same card to update it in place.
