The Intercom conversation insights brief template groups a week of
conversations into recurring product issues, feature requests, onboarding
friction, and churn-risk signals, with honest per-theme volumes. It follows
the customer-research marketing skill: short anonymized excerpts as
evidence, and a closing list of follow-ups worth human attention.
Enable and connect Intercom
An operator must enable MANAGED_MCP_INTERCOM_ENABLED. Then connect the
Intercom card and choose the workspace on Intercom's consent screen.
Current beta boundary
Intercom is connection-only until exact authenticated tool schemas are captured and reviewed, so the packaged routine ships as a preview. Conversations routinely contain end-user personal data, which is why even reads stay blocked until the review lands; the reviewed manifest must keep replying, closing, snoozing, and reassigning blocked or approval-gated, and the routine's instructions already forbid quoting identifying details.
Recovery
If authorization expires or is revoked, the connection moves to
reauthorization_required; reconnect the same card to update it in place.
