The HubSpot pipeline hygiene review template flags stalled deals, missing
owners and amounts, and contacts awaiting a reply, with the record and

keep the CRM trustworthy so forecasts stay honest, and leave every record
change to a person.
Enable and connect HubSpot
HubSpot's managed MCP server offers no dynamic client registration, so an
operator must configure HUBSPOT_MCP_OAUTH_CLIENT_ID and
HUBSPOT_MCP_OAUTH_CLIENT_SECRET before enabling
MANAGED_MCP_HUBSPOT_ENABLED. Then connect the HubSpot card and choose the
account on HubSpot's consent screen. The token is bounded by your own HubSpot
permissions and the granted scopes.
Current beta boundary
HubSpot is connection-only until exact authenticated tool schemas are captured and reviewed, so the packaged routine ships as a preview. After review, the first manifest should stay read-only: deal, contact, company, and engagement reads only, with any create or update classified separately and approval-gated.
Recovery
If authorization expires or is revoked, the connection moves to
reauthorization_required; reconnect the same card to update it in place.
Reauthorizing with a different HubSpot account re-scopes the connection to
that account.
